the end from the sellers’ side, but Katie did an excellent job navigating us through. I

Katie was a spectacular realtor through out the whole home buying process. She
made sure we understood everything we were filing out while keeping us up to date
in a timely manner.

Katie was super helpful and super patient with me an my boyfriend during our search... we went back and forth a few time as to if we want to actually buy a house or not. Katie was super understanding and didn't pressure us at all to buy before we were ready. She went through many houses with us and really looked at them with us as though she were going to buy... pointing out flaws, letting us know if something was actually a deal for what the house was or if it was listed over its actual value... she was great and I will 100% recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell (I already have actually).

She was always on top of things. Showed me anything I wanted to see in a timely
manner. She always kept in contact once I decided in a home. Even if she had no
new news she would periodically tell me no news yet and what we were waiting on. I
was never left wondering. she is very friendly and an amazing realtor. I would

When my husband and I requested to see a house on realtor.com, Katie had reached out to us immediately. We did not purchase the original house we went to view with her, however, she continued to show us multiple houses we were interested in until we found the one. She was very flexible and always made time for us no matter the hour. When we requested to see our house for the first time, we went to see it the day it was listed on a Saturday night. We wrote up an offer that night. Katie stayed up on the phone with us until midnight and made sure we had all the paperwork necessary. We are so grateful to Katie for helping us purchase our first home where we plan to raise our children and create many wonderful memories!

Katie is amazing. I really wasn't even looking for a specific house because I didn't think I could get financed. She held my hand the whole way and was emotional support through the mortgage process. I got the house I wanted and I got it at a perfect price. Once we went through the inspection some things needed adjusted and she took care of it all. I closed December 23 of 2021. It was the greatest moment because I never thought I would be able to do this.
